The GREENMAX foam melter, also known as the densifier, is a melting machine with screw melting technology. The machine specialises in three major steps - crushing, hot melting and extrusion - to achieve the effect of reducing the volume of waste foam.

When the foam melter is activated, the operator throws the waste foam into the hopper of the machine. Instantly, the foam is crushed into small pieces in the machine hopper and falls into the screw section. Next, the crushed foam pieces are pushed to the heating part for melting. Finally, the waste material is transformed into high-density ingots in a ratio of 90:1. The processing by the machine results in significant savings in transport and storage costs and difficulties. This thermal densification process has been tested and certified by professional institutes as efficient, intelligent and safe.
