GREENMAX Customized PE Film Washing Line
PE film, also known as polyethylene film, is a thin film material made of polyethylene resin. It has good flexibility, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, etc., and is widely used in agriculture, packaging, construction, electronics, and other fields.
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the stimulation of environmental protection policies in various countries, more people and enterprises are turning to the environmental protection industry to promote sustainable development, align with the circular economy concept, reduce environmental pollution, avoid the accumulation of discarded PE film in the environment, alleviate plastic pollution, and society has begun to advocate the recycling and reuse of PE film products after consumption. Recycling PE film products can reduce the demand for new raw materials, reduce pressure on resource extraction, and not only that, the PE film that has been recycled and processed can be sold again, creating economic value for enterprises and helping to achieve a harmonious development between the economy and the environment.
PE film washing line is a set of equipment and process specifically designed to clean PE film (polyethylene film). It is mainly used to remove dirt, impurities, and adhesives from the surface of PE film, so that the film can be recycled or meet the cleanliness standards for reuse.
In response to the call for environmental protection, Greenmax has also launched its own PE film washing line. The equipment typically includes a crusher, cleaning tank, scrubbing machine, washing tank, dehydrator, and dryer. The working principle of the PE film washing line usually includes the following steps: First, the PE film to be cleaned is sent into the feeding system, where it is preliminarily crushed and sorted to remove larger impurities and foreign objects. The crusher breaks larger PE film into smaller strips or pieces for easier subsequent cleaning. Then, by soaking and stirring, and adding cleaning agents in the cleaning tank, the dirt on the film surface is removed by the action of the cleaning agents. The scrubbing machine uses mechanical scrubbing to further clean the film. Next, high-pressure water guns or spraying devices are used for further cleaning. After that, a series of screening and separation equipment is used to separate the clean PE film from residual impurities and wastewater. Finally, after drying treatment, clean PE film is obtained.
The main advantages of Greenmax PE film washing line are as follows:
High automation: The entire cleaning process can be mostly automated, reducing human intervention and improving production efficiency and stability;
Diversified cleaning methods: Combining physical cleaning (such as friction and washing) and chemical cleaning (using cleaning agents) to ensure thorough cleaning results;
Precise sorting and separation: Can precisely separate PE film from impurities, different types of pollutants, and improve the purity of recycled film;
Energy-saving and efficient: Adopting advanced energy-saving technologies and efficient equipment to reduce energy consumption and operating costs;
High adaptability: Can handle PE film of different specifications and pollution levels, with a broad range of applicability;
Environmentally friendly treatment: Effectively treating wastewater and waste residue generated during cleaning to meet environmental standards.
Recycling and cleaning PE film can enable it to enter the production cycle and be sold or used for production again. By cleaning and reusing PE film, companies can reduce their costs of purchasing new film and generate additional economic benefits. The washing line can also clean up PE film that would otherwise be discarded, enabling resource reuse and aligning with the current environmental theme. It helps promote resource recycling and reduces waste and pressure on the environment. After cleaning, the PE film is clean and tidy, with improved quality that can meet higher usage requirements. This reduces the pollution of old PE film to the environment, and at the same time, the energy consumption for cleaning and reuse is relatively lower compared to producing new film.
